Ariana brings 13 years of experience in community development finance and is currently the Director of the Black Renaissance Fund at the African American Alliance of CDFI CEOs. At the Alliance, she directs efforts to provide capital to black-led CDFIs across the country.

Ariana brings 13 years of experience in community development finance and is currently the Director of the Black Renaissance Fund at the African American Alliance of CDFI CEOs.  At the Alliance, she directs efforts to provide capital to black-led CDFIs across the country.  Throughout her career, Ariana has played a role in the deployment of hundreds of millions of dollars in financing for community development projects nationwide in the sectors of affordable housing, food systems, education, commercial real estate, and small business.

Ariana earned her Juris Doctor (JD) from Washington University in St. Louis and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science & Philosophy from Eastern University’s Templeton Honors College.
